He is a Mechanical Engineer and is quite a winner in the construction business.

a. monthly diabetes screening for indigents which offers testing, consultation and medicines.
b. medical, dental and eye examinations, giving eyeglasses and medicines if need be.
c. scholarships to college education.
Though Davao is a happy recipient of his candor, Pampanga was never left behind in his devotion to be a man for others. At the eruption of Mt. Pinatubo, he was the president of Aguman Deng Capampangan in Davao City.
He conducted a major fund-raising drive to help the victims of the calamity.
During his term as president of PHS Batch 1959, he raised funds for the purchase of computers donated to the school.
He installed signages in the school premises. He donated P600,000.00 for projects answering calls to help his classmates who are in dire need.
